For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Signature Homes Ltd whose Instagram handle is @signaturehomesnz.
By entering this Signature Homes promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. The prizes
There are 40 prizes to be won, each daily prize varies between the value of $195 & $2,400. The prize is specified and scheduled for a particular day, the winner does not choose their prize.
2. How to enter
2.1 The promotion is open from Wednesday 13 September 2023 and closes on Saturday 28 October 2023.
2.2 To enter, you must complete the registration at https://www.signature.co.nz/page/40-birthday-request/
2.3 Only one registration is permitted.
2.4 Employees and families of Signature Homes and its related companies are not eligible for the prize draws.
3. Prize draw
3.1 Each morning at 9 am the daily prize will be revealed on our Instagram page @signaturehomesnz
3.2 The daily winner will be randomly selected between Tuesday 19 September 2023, with the final draw taking place on Monday 30 October.
3.3 The daily draws will take place at the Signature Homes Support Office, 5 Antares Place, Rosedale, Auckland 0632.
3.4 All registrations meeting the conditions of entry above will be placed into the daily prize draws. Once a registration has won a prize they will be removed from future prize draws.
3.5 The promoter will contact winners directly via phone first, and follow up with an email using the details provided at registration.
3.6 If a winner fails to claim their prize within 5 working days of the prize draw, a redraw will be conducted.
4. General
4.1 Prizes are not exchangeable nor transferable for cash, credit, or otherwise.
4.2 Signature Homes has the right to change or discontinue any aspect of the competition.
4.3 All decisions made by Signature Homes are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.4 This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
4.5 The promoter will never ask you to accept social media requests claiming you are a winner.
