As you walk down the path toward the entrance you begin to get a feel for the volume of this home, clad in vertical and horizontal James Hardie Stria.
This is reinforced as you walk through the front door into a 3m high ceiling in the entry, which continues through into an expansive dining and family area with open views down the waterways towards the setting sun in the west.
The contemporary kitchen is a feature in itself, complete in black with stainless steel bench encasing the cooktop and a large walk in pantry. Walk through to the bedroom wing and note black tapware in both the bathroom and master ensuite. Just try and make it past the large master bedroom window framing stunning water views down the marina.
