For a decade, the Quality Service Award by Readers Digest has gauged New Zealanders' opinions on service. Signature Homes secured the top spot in our category based on personalisation, understanding, simplicity, satisfaction and consistency.

How did we win?

Reader’s Digest collaborates with the independent market research agency Catalyst Consultancy & Research to conduct a comprehensive survey gauging the opinions of New Zealanders across 31 categories regarding their interactions with various brands.

Participants share their insights by selecting brands they have had personal experiences with and assigning ratings based on the quality of service provided.

The 80s was a remarkable decade characterised by impressive growth and technological advancements, and it was during this time that Signature Homes was established in 1983. Fast forward to 2023; we’re celebrating 40 years in business, having built thousands of homes for Kiwis.
