What does the plan price include?
The advertised “from” price includes the full house build including concrete floor slab on a flat site with good ground conditions but excludes:
• Land
• Site works
• Consent and Council fees
• Boundary service connections
How do construction loans work?
A construction loan is paid out in stages as your build progresses. These are called progress payments.
- The bank usually pays your builder directly once each stage (like foundation or roofing) is completed.
- You’ll only pay interest on the amount drawn down – which helps manage your budget.
- Once the home is finished, your loan can switch to a standard fixed-rate mortgage.
