Brent Topine

Brent has built his career around one simple idea: genuine connections are key to delivering great service and helping people create homes they truly love.

With a background spanning residential construction, complex technical sales, and business ownership, Brent brings a well-rounded perspective to his role. He has worked extensively in new home sales across Central Otago and Tasman, helping clients turn ideas into homes that suit their lifestyle, budget, and long-term plans. He has guided residential and investor clients from early concept discussions and plan refinements through to build-ready proposals, using design tools to help visualise possibilities before construction begins.

Before entering residential construction, Brent spent more than a decade in telecommunications and technology, managing key accounts and delivering complex solutions across New Zealand and the Pacific. That experience strengthened his ability to understand client needs, communicate clearly, and manage projects with many moving parts.

Brent focuses on making the building process straightforward and enjoyable, ensuring clients feel confident, supported, and excited at every stage.

Outside of work Brent operates a wine bar with partner Pam focussed on talented local Central Otago producers.
