Matt has over 10 years of experience in the residential building industry and has been involved in the design and construction of more than 300 new homes.

Originally from the Waikato, Matt now calls Tauranga home. He was drawn to Signature Homes for its trusted reputation, proven building process, and commitment to delivering high-quality homes through a dedicated and experienced team.

Matt’s favourite part of the job is fully engaging with clients—listening carefully to their needs and helping turn their ideas into reality. He takes pride in making the building journey easy, enjoyable, and well-communicated, ensuring clients feel confident and excited every step of the way.

He specialises in lifestyle property design and subdividing sites. With strong industry connections—including mortgage brokers, real estate agents, surveyors, and local councils—Matt offers clients a seamless and well-supported process from start to finish.
