Monique and Nigel wanted a home that their family could enjoy for years to come. Connection to the outdoors was also important, where they opted for impressive bi-fold doors to invite the outside world in.

The Plan
Opting for our Design & Build service meant that Monique and Nigel were able to create a home truly unique to them. Spread across two levels, their home features 337m2 of internal living, with an impressive 102m2 Kwila deck.

Monique and Nigel wanted a highly functional home and spent a lot of time working with Signature Homes to research different materials that were eco-friendly.

With busy careers and young children, Monique and Nigel wanted their own private sanctuary to soak the day away. Their decadent ensuite features a full-height picture window, to capture the stunning nature views.
